Comment on Richfield Care Center - Richfield, UT written by: Peter R. 03/14/2012 7:58PM I've lived down the street from this establishment for several years now and am now compelled to write a review about the poor management there. The people in charge of watching the elderly cannot seem to get their **** straight! I often find elderly people wandering along the streets, even trespassing on my property, obviously unaware of their surroundings! They need to either hire more people or fire the ones that are being incompetent.
