Comment on South Park Health Care Center - Oklahoma City, OK written by: Sondra S. 10/16/2012 2:51PM my sister and I spoke with you on getting mother, Parline J Blair in your facility. you were to apply for medicade for her but we have not heard from you. we have been calling with no answer and stopped by twice but eve3ryone was in meetings, our mother is living alone and it is no longer safe for her. she has fallen several times and could not get up.
