I want to let you know how much we appreciated the care and service you gave to my Mother. Although Mom (Mary Walker in RM 209) came to you toward the end of her life, she was treated with respect and kindness. Since, I lived far far away (NYC) it was hard to know how she was doing, yet the people at Brookwood always reassured me, when I called and visited.
Thank you for providing a place we felt was safe for her.
