KAHOKA, Mo. –– A Kahoka, Mo., resident has been arrested for elder abuse by neglect, according to Clark County Sheriff Paul Gaudette. Linda Gargus, 58, was charged Friday with first-degree elder abuse and endangering the welfare of a child.
