I'm not sure if I'm just one who asks for trouble, but if it isn't long waits for guidance from a staff member it's some loud residence or accident. I'm under the impression that the place is under poor management, but my grandfather says everything's fine on his end. He seems to enjoy his time there so I'd give this place at least a 3 out of 5.
